GENERAL AUDITION INFORMATION
Prospective members are asked to prepare an art song, folk song, music theater song or a hymn in English for your audition. Memorization isn’t required, but be sure to bring a copy of your music for the accompanist. Your vocal range, aural recall, and sight reading abilities will also be checked.
VOICE CHECKS FOR RETURNING MEMBERS : Section voice checks and placements will be scheduled in early August (specific dates TBA).
AUDITIONS FOR NEW MEMBERS: Auditions for openomgs in Great River Chorale and the GRC Treble Choir will be scheduled in late August (specific dates TBA).
GREAT RIVER CHORALE
Great River Chorale is a mixed-voice choir for adults that rehearses on Sunday evenings from 6 – 8:30 pm from September through April.
GRC TREBLE CHOIR
The GRC Treble Choir is a choir for adult treble singers that rehearses Sunday afternoons from 4 – 5:15 pm from September through April.
